Introduction

By providing your phone number to the Company, you expressly consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from the Company and others texting on its behalf, including messages made with an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) that you provide. These texts are related to service notifications, appointment reminders, and billing information. You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting-In to Receive Text Messages

‍You will be automatically opted into text messages for service-related communications by providing the Company your phone number(s) at the time of service request or account creation.

‍The Company may send marketing or promotional text messages if you explicitly opt-in to receive them. These messages may include offers, promotions, or information about new products or services. If you wish to opt-in to receive marketing or promotional text messages, you may do so by filling out the appropriate form on our website or responding to a specific text opt-in request.

Message Frequency

‍The frequency of SMS/MMS messages may vary based on the service you have requested or the information you have provided. For service-related communications, the Company may text up to 5 automated messages related to each appointment. More messages may be sent if you request or send information that necessitates a manual response from our team. Up to 10 messages per month may be sent for marketing and promotional purposes.

Opting-Out of Text Messages

You may opt-out of receiving text messages from the Company at any time by replying "STOP" to any such message. After you text "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just text "RESTART", and we will begin sending SMS messages to you again.

Interruption

Mobile phone carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Costs

‍All information collected through our text messaging services, including your phone number, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Company does not share or sell customer phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
